How much is shipping?

Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $8.00.

​How long does my order take to ship?

Once payment has been made, your bag will be packaged and shipped out the following working day; however, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer refunds. However, if there is a fault with the bags on arrival, we are happy to offer a store credit, try and fix what is damaged or exchange another bag at the same value, depending on what's available.
